Platforms like Gloat and Eightfold AI recommend internal job opportunities, mentorship pairings, or upskilling programs based on an individual’s experience and aspirations. This helps HR match employees with growth opportunities that align with both personal and organizational objectives
HR departments can track performance with real-time data, personalize career development, identify future leaders, and proactively address retention risks, all leading to a more engaged and strategically managed workforce (Jay, 2025).
AI-Based Coaching
AI-based coaching uses artificial intelligence to provide personalized feedback and development support. It enhances coaching by offering AI-driven assessments, assisting human coaches with insights, and enabling continuous learning between sessions. In AI-only coaching, employees interact solely with AI, making coaching more scalable and accessible (Jay, 2025).
